• A human trafficking safe haven for survivors fleeing exploitation

• Designated camping for those with nowhere else to go

• A foster program for pets of homeless individuals who need temporary placement while seeking treatment, housing, hospitalization, or stabilization

• Farming, vocational, and life-skills programs to help residents regain independence and long-term stability

• Food sustainability systems to reduce operational costs and teach practical skills

• Automotive/mechanical support and training opportunities
