Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Pay It Fur-Ward. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Items must be returned in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or defective. Certain personalized, custom-made, clearance, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return unless there is a problem with the order.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
